Happy March 192nd… at least, that’s how it feels to me. Spring and Summer, 2020, have been anything but normal due to the global SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 pandemic. Granted, all things considering, I count my blessings as I recognize so many others have had to face serious health issues for themselves, friends, and/or loved ones. Others have faced devastating events from natural disasters to man-made catastrophes.
Looking to find some fun and hope, I finally found some time to work on some updates to iSoaker.com, finally adding in some additional pages and images for other new 2020 water blasters. Alas, while I have managed to have a few water blaster skirmishes over the summer, I have yet to find the time to test any of the 2020 water blasters to any meaningful degree and do not foresee much likelihood of doing much additional testing.
As such, my current plan is to try to measure a few additional stats and write up a brief review for each of the 2020 water blaster models, primarily based on my estimation on how they would perform. Hopefully, once 2021 rolls around, I may consider revisiting some of these water blasters and doing proper testing.
I hope those reading this remain safe, healthy, and as happy as can be during these difficult times. Soak on!
The Water Warriors Gargantua X is the newest water blaster for the Water Warriors Brand by Buzz Bee Toys Inc. Unlike the original Water Warriors Gargantua (2016), the 2020 Water Warriors Gargantua X features a spring instead of an internal rubber bladder pressure chamber.
Found a couple of images of the upcoming Nerf Super Soaker XP 20. Not sure why they are using “XP” when these models clearly based on the original series (see: Super Soaker SS 20) Naming is even more confusing since there is a Super Soaker XP 20 as well.
Time will tell how well these remodels actually perform.
Looks like the original Super Soaker 100 and Super Soaker 30 are returning in an updated form. These new versions are given an “XP” designation, though this may be for EU/UK products and North American versions may or may not be named identically.

Not much else is known about these water blasters and how well they perform compared to the original versions. There are two other water blasters named, but no images available, yet: the Nerf Super Soaker XP20 and Super Soaker Fortnite Pump SG.
It’s been awhile since I did one of these. Granted, while I haven’t played the video game, once-upon-a-time, I used to play Shadowrun, a role-playing game set in a similar sort-of dystopian future. I’ll post up a larger version of this graphic on iSoaker.com soon so that some of the other changes to this screen capture from Cyberpunk 2077 become more apparent.
